Paul Arthur (Founder/President-East): Serves as our President (East). Mr. Arthur provides full oversight of all Capital and Construction from Texas and points East. Mr. Arthur brings to the table a background in Accounting and Structural Engineering which set the stage for his 30-year career. His career is comprised of firsthand knowledge within every facet of both the residential and commercial building industries including plan development and past ownership of residential building and commercial engineering firms. Mr. Arthur transitioned into multi-family with a primary focus on management 16 years ago and has continued to provide clients with guidance throughout the industry, while returning top tier ROI and satisfaction to clients Nationwide. He prides himself on growing and maintaining successful partnerships from the inception of property purchases, through asset repositioning and execution of the work itself.

Jerry Straley (partner): Serves as our President (West). Mr. Straley provides full oversight of all Capital and Construction from Texas and points West. As an Executive Leader in Construction, Business Development, and Project Execution for over 25 years, Mr. Straley has delivered leadership, vision, and direction for complex construction projects in commercial, as well as multifamily affordable and market rate sectors. Mr. Straley offers a vision-driven approach to portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and contractor and vendor management, leveraging a customer-focused mentality to establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships. He is a frontrunner for operational and financial performance with full P&L experience. Mr. Straley establishes, defines, and executes the overall strategy for business development, sales, project execution, and revenue generation to yield profitable returns, reduced operational costs, and quality service.
